Painting For Joy

Doing painting has many benefits, in general, it strengthens focus and attention, promotes critical thinking, improves motor skills, builds problem-solving skills, provides an emotional release and reduces stress.

Making a beautiful painting can also inspire and promote positive emotional reactions and that boost self-esteem, joy and happiness.

Participants will learn to make painting with the acrylic medium during tfhe art session. They will learn to use art materials and tools effectively and learn techniques to mix and apply colours, to achieve different visual effects.

Jimmy will show the participants examples and demonstrate related techniques to them and give step by step guidance whenever it is needed in each painting session. Through painting practice, they will learn about art elements and design principles. They will develop skills to paint and complete your painting, so to finally discover the freedom and ease of painting with the fine art medium.

When participants progress further, they will enjoy the freedom of expression in creating their own original painting, either by direct observation, visual reference, studies or imagination with emotions and feeling and enjoy painting.
