You let us know who you are and where you would like to place art work. You could provide us with digital images of your space and measurements where possible. You could also provide us your floor plans and any other relevant material together with photographs of the various spaces to assist with the painting selection process. We would be delighted to meet you and visit your place when needed.

We give you detailed and personal advice on the possibilities to suit your requirements. We will consider their visual spatial quality, light, color, and accessibility, etc. and we will show you a pre-selection of artworks, you could view it on the Internet and at your convenience.

You could see your pre-selection at the artist studio to finalize your selection. You could also find out other possibilities if needed. Artworks may be reserved for 5 (five) working days. It is important that client's confirmation is received to ensure your selected works are reserved.  A Rental Agreement listing all of the selected artwork with general terms and agreement on the art rental is then drawn up for confirmation and signature.

Under the rental agreement terms, the client is responsible for the protection and condition of all artworks until they are returned to us. The client is responsible for insurance of all artworks when the total value of artworks is above $100,000. The Certificate must also name the artist as an interested party for the total value of the works rented.

Clients are invoiced for the full period of the annual Agreement up front. The payment is required before artworks can be delivered.

We could arrange delivery and installation using art specialists who will invoice the client directly. Clients are responsible for all costs associated with any special framing when needed under your instructions, transport and installation.

At the end of the contract year, you are welcome to renew your current rental agreement with us or change the selection of artworks.
